How much does demolition cost?
Every demolition job is quoted. The price depends on the size of the structure, what it's built from and how easy it is to reach. Send photos and rough measurements when you book and we'll email you a price. Nothing is charged until you approve it.
Do you remove concrete?
No. We don't break up or haul concrete slabs, footings, patios or poured pads. We take down the structure on top and haul it away.
Does the hot tub need to be disconnected first?
Yes. Please have the power shut off and disconnected by an electrician and the water drained before we arrive. We cut it up and haul it out.
Do I need a permit?
Some towns and HOAs require one for taking down certain structures. Check with your town or HOA before the job.
