Upload photos when you book and we'll email you an exact price. Nothing is charged until you approve it, and the price only changes on site if the load is different from what was described.

Hazardous materials such as paint, chemicals, fuel, propane tanks, asbestos and medical waste. Ask us if you're unsure about an item.

Yes. We pick items up from wherever they are, including basements, garages and upstairs rooms. Mention stairs or tight spots in the booking notes so we can plan for them.

Not always. If everything is outside or we can get to it, say so in the access notes and we'll confirm the details with you before the pickup.

A single item usually takes under an hour. Half a truckload is about an hour and a half, and a full truck about two hours. Bigger cleanouts can take most of the day.

After the job is done. We accept cash, card, Zelle, Venmo, Cash App and checks, and we can email you a receipt.
