What we handle

Most apartment turnovers land between a quarter and a full truck. Send photos when you book and you'll get the exact price by email before we come. Dump fees, loading and sweep-up are included.
Questions from property managers
Do I need to be there?
No. Put the gate code, lockbox or key details in the access notes when you book. We take before and after photos on every job and can send them to you.
Can you bill the owner or my company?
Yes. Tell us who should get the receipt and we'll email a PDF receipt for each job to that address.
Can you do a whole unit in one visit?
Usually. A full 15-foot load covers most apartment and small-house turnovers. Bigger jobs take two trips the same day.
What about tenant belongings left behind?
Follow your lease and Virginia's rules for abandoned property first. Once you're clear to dispose of it, we'll haul it.
