When you book, we collect your name, email, phone number, pickup address, a description of what needs to go and any photos you upload. When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email, optional phone number and your message.

How we use it

Only to quote, schedule and complete your pickup, to send you emails about your request (quotes, confirmations, time changes and receipts) and to answer your messages. We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't use advertising trackers on this site.

Photos

Photos are cleaned when you upload them: location data and other hidden details from your camera are removed. They're visible only to our team. Photos of completed jobs are deleted after about four months. With your job finished, we may post before-and-after photos of the junk itself on our site, never with your name or address.

Reviews

If you leave a review, we show your first name and last initial (or "Verified customer" if you prefer), your town, the month of the job, your rating and your words. You can ask us to remove it at any time.

Services we use

Our website and database are hosted by Render in the United States. Emails are sent through Google. Our team uses Google Maps to plan routes, which means pickup addresses are sent to Google for mapping.

Keeping it safe

The site only works over encrypted connections, and our admin area requires a strong password and supports two-step sign-in.
